Service Liability Limitation

Aksaradata does not bear the contents of the Customer's website from events such as:

1. Negligence of a Customer or Staff Aksaradata, whether intentionally or unintentionally
2. Hacker interference, or viruses and spam on Customer's website
3. Changes in the system or disruption of the Aksaradata domain registrar system located overseas or domestically / Registrar Holidays
4. The internet system is changing all over the world
5. Domain piracy / domain name deletion from system due to late paying customer (Customers who do not make a payment to renew a domain name cannot sue Aksaradata in any form if the domain name is deleted by the system. Domain name deletion is carried out within 20 to 30 calendar days from entering the Grace Period)
6. Moving the Aksaradata datacenter server resulting in a change in IP Address
7. Force majeure, natural disasters, and internet disconnects

The things mentioned above are events beyond Aksaradata's control or emergency conditions, therefore, the Customer cannot file a claim against Aksaradata in any form.

Domain names registered through Aksaradata are only for rental for a certain period. There is no permanent ownership of the domain name. If the domain name rented by the Customer through Aksaradata cannot be used for any reason, then it is beyond Aksaradata's responsibility because Aksaradata's function is only as an intermediary to register the domain name

Domain name registration is First Come & First Served, Customers will not blame Aksaradata if the domain that the Customer wants to register on the Aksaradata site has been used by someone else before being registered by Aksaradata. Even if this happens on the same day/hour or along with a holiday, outside the working hours of the related Aksaradata staff, or because the payment is incomplete or the data is unclear or the Customer does not confirm the payment. Or also the domain name has been used or registered by someone else for a long time, or which cannot be registered due to things beyond the control of Aksaradata, one of which is: Premium Domain

Domains that have been registered by the Customer in Aksaradata, may be deactivated or required to be replaced, or their use canceled if there are cases of Copyright infringement or trademark infringement, or there are other cases that can cause the domain name to be problematic

A domain that was registered with Aksaradata, but the domain service was transferred out of Aksaradata, or the domain service was terminated, then since then the domain is outside Aksaradata's responsibility.
