The External Transfer Policy you need to know is as follows:

- The domain owner will receive a verification email to approve or disapprove the transfer.
- If the domain owner clicks Agree, the domain will be transferred immediately.
- If the domain owner clicks Disagree, the domain transfer process is cancelled.
- If after 5 days the domain owner does not answer the verification email, the system will automatically transfer the domain.
- Domain owners need to upload the required documents to AKSARA DATA.
- If the required documents are not uploaded for more than 5 days, the domain will be suspended.
- There will be no refunds for domains that were suspended due to the domain owner's mistake and negligence during the IN Transfer process.
B. Transfer OUT
- Domain owners need to provide EPP, domain name and email to the new registrar.
- The domain owner will receive a verification email regarding the transfer.
- After the domain owner approves the verification email, the Domain Administration in AKSARA DATA will show Transferred Condition.
- If the domain owner doesn't answer the verification email for more than 5 days, the system will automatically transfer the domain.
- In addition to following the procedures from AKSARA DATA, domain owners are also required to follow the transfer procedures and transfer cancellations from the new registrar.
- Domains that are only 60 days old cannot be transferred to another registrar.
- Domains with 18 days remaining active cannot be transferred to another registrar.
- There will be no refunds for errors or omissions by the domain owner in following the transfer procedure from AKSARA DATA and the new registrar.
