Transfer Internal Policy

AKSARA DATA Resellers can transfer domains by means of Move Service or Internal Transfer. This transfer process is free and does not increase the active period of the domain, to add the active period of the domain recipient Reseller can Renew Domain.

The Internal Transfer Policy you need to know is as follows:

1. Resellers of old and new AKSARA DATA need to access the Transfer Move Service page and enter their User ID, Email, Domain and EPP Code of the domain to be transferred.
2. Domains that have been active for 30 days cannot be transferred.
3. Domains with 7 days or less remaining active cannot be transferred.
4. Domains that are in Expired or Suspend (Abuse) conditions cannot be transferred.
5. Both Resellers will receive a notification email informing you when the transfer has been completed.
