What is Aksara Data Digital?
PT Aksara Data Digital is an ICANN accredited domain registrar with IANA ID 4029, and a PANDI accredited registrar for .ID domains. Resellers buy domains directly from the registrar through the IRSFA platform.
What is the minimum deposit?
The opening deposit is USD 50 or IDR 750,000, before VAT. It is not a fee; it is balance you spend on domains and other products.
Is VAT charged on top-ups?
Yes. Every top-up carries 11% Indonesian VAT (PPN) up front, calculated on the amount paid in rupiah. For payments in USD, VAT is calculated on the rupiah value.
How are reseller tiers calculated?
There are four tiers: Starter, Growth, Pro and Partner. Your tier follows your total spend over the last 12 months across all products. You move up the moment you reach a threshold; tiers are reviewed quarterly, with one quarter of grace before moving down.
Does it work with WHMCS?
Yes. Aksara provides a WHMCS module and a full API, so orders, renewals and DNS management run automatically.
Can I have sub-resellers?
Yes, without limit. You set the selling price for each sub-reseller.

.id, .co.id, .web.id, .my.id, .biz.id, .or.id, .ac.id, .sch.id, .ponpes.id, premium .ID names, plus .com, .net, .org and other global TLDs.
